A mulcher machine is a tool used to reduce the size of yard debris, including grass clippings, branches, and leaves. Mulch, the resultant substance, is a soil amendment, weed inhibitor, and natural fertilizer. A tractor-driven agricultural tool called a rotary mulcher is used for trimming bushes, palvars, and paddy. By chopping and incorporating the wastes into the soil, it also contributes to the preservation of soil fertility.
Mulches aid in the retention of soil moisture in the summer, allow rainwater to permeate the soil during the winter, inhibit the growth of weeds, and shield plant roots during the winter.
